Philosophy

I specialize in organizing services designed to support neurodivergent minds, mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety, chronic disorganization, and levels 1–2 of hoarding disorder. Together, we work toward creating a home that feels calmer, easier to maintain, and more supportive of the life you want to live.

Dr. Randy O. Frost, a leading researcher in hoarding disorder, identified three traits that often drive dysfunction in the home:

Perfectionism
Researching organizing products for hours, waiting until you have the ‘right’ time, tools, or perfect plan before getting started

01

Indecision
Spending excessive time deciding where one item belongs, second-guessing every choice, or feeling unsure of what to keep

02

Avoidance
Stopping when you hit a sticking point, putting things aside ‘for later,’ or avoiding the space altogether because it feels too overwhelming

03

My approach is informed by this foundation, along with the works of Marie Kondo, K.C. Davis, and April Tandy. Each framework, in its own way, emphasizes nonjudgment, creative solutions, and compassionate, individualized support. At the core of these influences is a shared belief: external disorder often reflects internal disorder, and we can create lasting change when we thoughtfully tend to both.

I'd love to hear your story. Schedule a free consultation to talk through your goals, ask questions, and explore what a more supportive home could look like.

Clutter isn't a character flaw; it's often the visible result of invisible challenges. By pairing practical systems with somatic awareness and compassionate accountability, we create change that extends far beyond a single organizing session.
